Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays in-home or in-clinic. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours, with a flexible schedule from 2–8pm, Monday through Sunday, aligned to family needs.

You will deliver personalized behavior support, follow BCBA-designed plans, and track progress. We provide RBT training and opportunities for growth within the BTS team.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, ECE, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Preferred: RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification, or ABA paraprofessional training certificate and a certificate.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
