Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician BT/RBT to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 sessions under BCBA guidance in a supportive, collaborative setting that encourages professional growth.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM with flexible options. Ideal candidates have BT or RBT experience, a high school diploma, and reliable transport to travel locally; background checks required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

Monday through Friday. 4:30 PM -6:30 PM

Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• This position does not require an active RBT certification. However, candidates must have prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are not currently certified, we can assist you with obtaining your RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
