Job summary

Admire ABA in Annapolis, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client goals.

The role offers part-time AM/PM shifts with flexible scheduling. A current RBT certification and a high school diploma are required, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
