Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in our clinic. You will implement intervention plans developed by Masters-level clinicians and collaborate with families to track progress.

You should have a high school diploma, pursue or hold a degree in Child Development or Psychology, and obtain RBT certification within six weeks (training provided).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (verified by BACB attestation for RBT).
• Preferred enrollment or completion of a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• RBT certification required within first 6 weeks; training provided.
• Must have reliable transportation to training location and local center.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/kneel/stand for extended periods.
• Computer and tablet literacy; ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on child progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and maintain RBT certification.
