Job summary

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Lexington, OH. Roles include 1:1 sessions, teaching communication and daily living skills, and data collection under BCBA supervision.

The position is available as part-time or full-time with evening hours, includes PTO and professional development, and requires a background check before starting. Transportation to client homes is required.

Pay: $17-$22 per hour

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PM

Your Role

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

Job Details

• Part-time: 15+ hours/week
