Job summary

SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy in Lexington, OH. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, 3:30PM–6:30PM, with pay of $17–$22 per hour.

You will work 1:1 with children in-home, using individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs while training families. A background in autism support and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in X.
