Job summary

SparkJoy ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Lexington, OH. This part-time role offers a 15-hour weekly schedule with afternoon hours, and a supportive, clinician-led environment.

You will work 1:1 with children using individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs while helping families through training and ongoing communication.

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in X

• Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PM
