Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Ashland, OH

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday: Between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in‑home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment: This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
