Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum. You’ll work in 1:1 sessions, implement ABA-based targets from individualized treatment plans, and help build communication and independence.

No prior experience is required; Caravel provides paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and offers ongoing professional development in a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Mon–Fri (Sat sessions possible).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in 1:1 client sessions using ABA-based targets.
• Document progress and update client treatment plans.
• Help develop communication and independence skills.
• Contribute to life-changing milestones for children.
