Job summary

Gersh Autism Academy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to support students with autism in a Fall 2026-2027 program. You’ll work directly with students in both academic and behavioral settings to help them reach individualized goals.

Responsibilities include implementing IEPs/BIPs, providing one-on-one and small group support, collecting progress data, and collaborating with teachers and behavioral analysts. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) path is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
