Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). Earn starting hourly rates of $24.60 for RBTs or $22.25 for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Paid training and ABA Academy support are provided. Join a growing ABA provider delivering therapy in homes, schools, communities, and clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• NJ candidates must be 21+ with at least 1 year of experience working with children or in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and delivery of ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
