Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. You will participate in ABA-based sessions, helping children develop essential skills through individualized treatment plans and 1:1 client sessions.

Paid training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive environment. NO prior experience in behavioral health is required; candidates must be 18+, be able to obtain RBT within 75 days, and work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm with occasional

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; some Saturdays for make-up sessions.
Experience with children with special needs preferred.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have strong work ethic and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavior therapy under supervision.
Play and encourage learning activities aligned with individualized treatment plans.
Document progress and client responses.
Support development of communication and independence skills.
Collaborate with the treatment team to monitor client progress.
