Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum with ABA-based activities. You will help build skills and document progress in 1:1 sessions, following individualized treatment plans and promoting essential daily skills.

No prior experience is required. The role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a path for career development within a collaborative team environment in Kenosha, WI.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up client sessions
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying ABA-based activities to build skills and document progress
• Facilitate communication and independence in daily activities
• Work in structured 1:1 client sessions; no group billing
