Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a clinic setting.

No ABA experience is required—training and RBT certification are fully paid. Starting pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with predictable daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday to Friday) and opportunities for growth. The role includes full benefits and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For
