Job summary

MeBe Family in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home or learning center settings. You will implement 1:1 behavior-analytic strategies under supervision and help develop essential skills.

This role offers paid training to become an RBT, ongoing mentoring, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll clock in/out per ABA guidelines and collaborate with BCBA teams and families to maximize progress.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check.
• CPR/BLS certification required if residing in specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism in home or learning center.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and daily living skills.
• Relate progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments.
• Record progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out per strict ABA and insurance rules.
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace and support families professionally.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks and transitions as needed.
