Caravel Autism Health in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum. This full-time role offers paid training and the opportunity to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while delivering ABA-based interventions in 1:1 client sessions during standard daytime hours.

You will document progress, implement individualized treatment targets, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to helping children build communication and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Behavior Technician in 1:1 client sessions.
• Deliver ABA-based interventions per individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and promote development of communication and independence.
• Support children with special needs in daily activities and social interactions.
