Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Duluth, MN seeks Behavior Technician with paid training. No prior experience required; you will work 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday in a 1:1 ABA setting, documenting progress and building client skills. Paid training leads to RBT certification within 75 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification must be obtained within 75 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior analytic services according to individualized treatment plans.
• Record client progress and document sessions.
• Support development of communication and independent daily living skills.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.
