Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and require passion for helping children with autism. Expect a dynamic, physical role with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years old; HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or obtainable.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized behavior plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a patient, supportive, and safe learning environment.
