Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, crouch, lift).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and their families.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent progress and updates.
