Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing BCBA-guided intervention plans. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and engagement.

Training is provided regardless of prior experience, and you’ll join a supportive team focused on meaningful impact. Responsibilities include following evidence-based techniques, staying physically active with children, and collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patience and teamwork skills required.
• Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one instruction to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and reduce interfering behaviors.
