Centria Autism in Boston, MA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Comfort with physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities
