Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in Arvada, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily autism, through in-home and community-based ABA services. The role includes implementing plans under BCBA supervision and collecting session data.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
