Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Arvada, Colorado. You will provide in-home and community-based ABA services, implementing plans under a BCBA supervisor and collecting behavioral data throughout sessions.

The role emphasizes confidentiality and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, requiring a high school diploma, strong communication, and 18+ age. Positions are full-time or part-time with on-site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality of records.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
