Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based team, providing 1-1 behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision for children birth to 21.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth. You will work in clients' homes, collecting data and implementing treatment plans to help families manage ASD challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Experience or exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with movements and activities to keep up with children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
