Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New York is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) for a part-time role with mainly afternoon shifts, working 1-1 with children at their homes under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, support families, and help implement individualized plans; strong communication with families and team required; reliable transportation needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Accessible to commute to assigned locations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home implementing behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Physical activities include moving with children during sessions.
