Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods while promoting safety and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Full commitment to working with children with autism

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills
• Reduce interfering behaviors and ensure child safety
• Engage in activities that promote learning and development
