Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support ABA therapy for children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings, delivering individualized treatment and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Certifications: RBT a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Monitor changes in client behavior and report to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure skills generalize across settings.
