We seek Behavior Technicians to implement plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Passion for working with children and helping them flourish; team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Monitor and report changes in client behavior to the supervising BCBA.
• Attend team meetings and assist in progress report preparation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Receive supervision to ensure high quality of care.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to generalize skills across settings.
• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers as needed.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and families.
