Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves delivering one-on-one therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings, collecting progress data, and supporting skill development across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• Experience with ABA programs or children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Record and monitor client progress data.
• Assist in progress reports and team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Collaborate with families and team members to generalize skills.
