Sunrise ABA in Washington State is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings, delivering sessions and collecting progress data.

The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, data-driven progress, and collaboration with families. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement toward BCBA supervision and mid-level roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for progression.
• Experience with ABA or children with special needs is a plus.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect data on client progress and report changes to BCBA.
• Support families and caregivers to generalize skills across settings.
