Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) across all five NYC boroughs to support children with autism in their homes. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

• Experience with kids in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred, not required).

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child's home under BCBA supervision
• Follow each child's individualized treatment plan
• Collect accurate data on behaviors and skills
• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your supervising BCBA and join trainings and team meetings
• Keep every interaction ethical and professional
