Job summary

Progressive Option Support Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Passaic County. You will work with children in their homes, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.

The role offers hands-on experience, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA track. A high school diploma is required; 6 months ABA or related experience is a plus, and reliable

Location: In-Home | Passaic County

We're currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about working with children and want to build meaningful experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You'll Do

Preferred (Not Required)

• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
