Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors in a supportive team environment.

Comprehensive training is provided; candidates without prior experience are welcome. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed, and you will gain valuable hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA with data collection and teaching skills.
• Move and position children safely; lift up to 50 pounds.
