Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians, helping children with autism through one-on-one intervention. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Training is provided to all new hires. Comfort with physical activity is needed as children may move, sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and caregiving tasks are part of the

Qualifications

Passion for helping children with autism.
Patient, compassionate and able to work in a team.
Age 18 or older and a high school diploma or GED.
CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
Participate in comprehensive training to prepare for the role.
Be part of a dedicated team helping children and families.
