Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety during activities that may involve lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Training is provided to empower every new team member.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Training provided to support success in this role.
• Ability to move and lift to support daily activities.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist children in standing, walking, and transitions; manage activities weighing up to 50 pounds.
