Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA supervision to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll join a dedicated team, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and their families. Pay rate ranges from $19 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills, while reducing interfering behaviors.
