Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a clear career path in a supportive team environment. Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for certification and advancement.

Competenze

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Background check clearance required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Mansioni

• Work one-on-one with children using behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
