Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, LLC, providing ABA services for children with autism, seeks a motivated Behavior Technician. You’ll organize sessions, prepare materials, and work under supervision to implement behavior plans in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications include strong communication, the ability to sit or move as needed with children, and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Must be 18+ years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during sessions.
• Prepare materials and ensure they are accessible and organized.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; respond to communications within 24 hours.
• Deliver instruction based on training and supervise programs as directed.
• Collect, record, and analyze data following Gateway procedures.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA and policies.
