Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA and report progress to supervisors while supporting communication and social skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 6 months of related experience.
• Demonstrates professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in homes or community settings.
• Implement goals under supervision of a BCBA and track progress.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisors and caregivers.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help and social skills.
• Maintain client data and adhere to confidential policies.
• Collaborate with team and coordinate with management as needed.
