Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking staff to conduct ABA therapy in clinic and home settings for individuals with autism. You will organize materials, prepare stimuli, arrive on time, and document session progress under supervision, ensuring HIPAA-compliant communication with families.

The role requires good expressiveness and written communication, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child-sized chair or on the floor and move between positions as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for sessions and preparation.
• Complete all tasks associated with a session.
