Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician for home-based ABA services. You will travel to clients’ homes in MI to implement therapy plans, maintain session areas, and collect data under supervision.

Opportunities for advancement exist with Promotions after milestones. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child-sized chair or on the floor and move quickly as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session and at the conclusion.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and needed materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work with ample time to prepare for session.
• Complete all tasks assigned for a session.
• Receive supervision and feedback from supervisors through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
