Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Temecula, CA seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to support ABA treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor. You will deliver 1:1 or small-group services in settings such as the CARD center, the patient’s home, school, or via telehealth, reporting progress with accuracy.

Applicants need a High School Diploma or equivalent and must pass CARD's technician training with a written exam and field evaluation; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement supervisor feedback during treatment sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and HIPAA compliance.
