Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under supervision across CARD settings in San Marcos, California. You will implement treatment plans addressing skill development and reducing challenging behaviors, in diverse environments including center, home, school, or telehealth.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, can pass CARD training, and preferably prior ASD experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2) Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• 3) Experience working with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in group settings.
• 2) Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• 3) Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
