Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatments across multiple settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement individualized treatment plans addressing skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma with preference for ASD experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Willingness to complete CARD Training and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group ABA treatment to CARD patients under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy and fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor.
