Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Vancouver, WA seeks a motivated Behavior Technician to implement ABA treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor, delivering 1:1 or group sessions across center, home, school, or telehealth. You will collect progress data, apply supervisor feedback, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while communicating compassionately with families.

The role offers growth from BT levels to BCBA pathways with paid BCAT training and weekend/holiday pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records; ensure safety and ethical care.
