Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment under Clinical Supervisors across diverse settings. The role supports skill acquisition and behavior reduction for CARD patients and families, with data collection and ongoing training requirements.

The position offers part-time schedules with opportunities for growth, weekend and holiday incentives, and specialization through BCAT training, leading to advanced roles within CARD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment 1:1 or in small group settings under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Maintain accurate records and support CARD policies and procedures.
