Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking qualified Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs across centers, homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth under supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and complete CARD training; ASD experience preferred. Various locations and part-time schedules are available with growth opportunities within CARD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• CARD training program with written exam and field evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review feedback from Clinical Supervisor and implement it in sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
