Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs with CARD patients and families under supervision. You will work across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth settings to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Role emphasizes direct patient contact, data collection, and collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor, with growth opportunities into more advanced BT and BCBA roles. Part-time hours are available across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program and exams.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in small groups under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from the Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
