Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Santa Ana, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor. The role focuses on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors across multiple settings.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, collect progress data, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting families. A High School Diploma is required; CARD training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Training program, including a comprehensive exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment 1:1 or in small groups under supervision.
• Record patient progress with high fidelity and accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and CARD team for treatment planning.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to patients and families.
