Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor. You may work at CARD centers, in patients’ homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth, delivering 1:1 or small-group sessions and recording progress data.

This role offers strong growth from BT levels to advanced positions, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam & field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in a small group.
• Record and review patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures and safety standards.
